Position Overview:  

SF Hip Hop is seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our organization during on-site activations at festivals and events. SF Hip Hop is a San Francisco-based group that has been preserving the city’s rich hip-hop culture through events for over 20 years. The primary goal of this position is to engage festival-goers in meaningful conversations about our mission and encourage them to participate in a survey.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Set up and break down the booth, including the tent, table, and any materials needed for the activation.

• Engage with festival attendees, sharing information about SF Hip Hop’s mission to preserve and promote hip-hop culture in San Francisco.

•  Encourage attendees to take a brief survey at the booth, aiming for 20 completed surveys per hour.

• Serve as a positive and professional example of SF Hip Hop, embodying our values and culture.

•  Assist with other booth activities as needed to ensure a smooth and successful activation.

Qualifications:  

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to engage people in conversation and comfortably share information about SF Hip Hop.

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage setup and breakdown of the booth.

• Passion for hip-hop culture and an interest in community engagement.
